Ravi Mokkapati, Director/Partner
Ravi Mokkapati, has over 3 decades of experience in product development. A former Deputy General Manager at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited(H.A.L) and an M.Tech (IIT. Madras) , he has focused his knowledge into development of the R&D team and its excellent standards after joining Hind Industries and dedicated his progressive experience in Product Development, Process Improvement, Business Process Outsourcing and application of Technology to improve productivity, reduce cost and increase Speed to Market.

Mr. Syed Shamshad Ahmed, Director/ Partner
Syed Shamshad Ahmed is a Veteran with more than two decades of experience in the adhesive industry. A technically oriented innovator with excellent knowledge of chemicals and processes required in adhesive manufacturing. Sound understanding of the market and extensive travelling all over India to understand the various customer requirements led to our huge customer database.

Arunav Mokkapati, Executive Director
Arunav Mokkapati joined the board in 2011.He is the son of Mr. Ravi Mokkapati, one of the Founder/ Directors of the Company. He is an Honor's Graduate from the United States with management skills that are focussed on the overall buisness development of Hind Industries. He is a certified LEED GREEN ASSOCIATE and an US.EPA Certified Renovator. He has a Master's degree in construction management. He is primarily responsible for Buisness Development Division and has contributed to Hind to improve its sales in South India as a manufacturer and trader . He also takes care of the LEED certification documentation for any project and product. In addition, he continues to shoulder several other administrative functions of the company.
